ghosted and
fragile.

you can level me
with a whisper,
make my surface
glass.

and for all my
aspiring thread
it takes less
than a sound
to sever my breathing.

is misleading,
because i
never end.

no matter the silence
my meaning extends
from the earth
to the reaches
of time.

you can take
my foundations
but i am
an immutable
design.
