i.
she was a brightstretch off his only sigh;
he turned her page and nearly extricated everyone.
stared at his pursing crown,
he let her hearsing down
from wild above to leper tonguing on the ottoman.

ii.
if you relent me i will surely slight
this waking earth of its possession of my melanin.
and when the torture flirts
and all the tersness hurts
i swear to gaia i will lumber through your catacomb.

iii.
never look him in the optical abyss
he has passed for human, being just a shatter
in a lurid fit. flit your prisms past
and never gasp; his vestiges and remnants
lack a lick of northern pressure to be penitent.

iv.
she set her flightpath to his worthless fight.
he'd burnt her edges and deliriously stated it.
wearing his mercy out,
she let her version cloud
and slyly hovered o'er the zephyr sprung by autumn's hand.

v.
in your dissenting i have purely died.
my snaking verses an infection in despairing sin.
and if the torrid curse
appalls the tepid curves
i'll wear my lyre like the slumber of the unatoned.

vi.
never took him for an optimal elix,
he was passive, fuming, seething once and after
only serpent spit. fists in piston paths
and nether grasp; his messages and hymnal
trance depict the orders left: you are the elegist.

The last line of each stanza... those are the parts I loved most.
